I love this product & it works great but my only issue was contacting the company to make changes to the auto-ship. There is no number to call so the only option is to email the company & wait for a response. But they helped me quickly my issue & when I can afford it, we will definitely order more.

Hi Meredith, Glad the product has worked for your family, and glad the email path got you a quick fix even without a phone line. The no-phone-number note is fair, and it’s a trade-off we’ve made to keep email response times as fast as they are. We’ll keep an eye on whether that balance still makes sense. When the budget allows, we’ll be here with the same quick response for your next round. Thank you for the kind words! — The Velvra Team

I was trying to cancel my subscription due to needing to go a different route with my son's health nothing to do with their products. I was having trouble with doing it on the website so I emailed customer service and they were very quick at responding and got everything taken care of so I didn't get charged while we were getting everything figure out. I already have enough stress with my son's health, it's a relief to have something go smoothly and not have to jump through hoops it get it done. Sometimes it's simple little things that can help out tremendously.

Hi Erin, We're sorry to hear your son is on a path that needs a different route, and we hope that works for your family. Sorry too that the website side gave you trouble on your way to us. Glad we could take at least the subscription piece off your plate without any added stress. If the path ever brings you back, we'll be here with the same simple process. Thank you for the kind words. — The Velvra Team

I've seen lots of customer feedback emails go unanswered or just a generic, templated response. Velvra responded back quickly and I am very happy with the customer service that they provided.

Hi Laurel, A real response rather than a template is one of the easiest commitments to break and one of the harder ones to hold, so we take the note seriously. Thank you for the kind words! — The Velvra Team
