This company is a fraud!!
This company is a fraud!!! I used their products and had no results.. I cancelled my subscription. But they still feel they need to take money from my account!! Is what they did just this morning!!! And now refuse to reimburse my account for the full amount!!! They said they emailed me about renewal,, I never received said email... So they assumed I was going to renew!!! And took my money anyway!! I emailed them to return the payment, they're refusing... So , let me warn you,, watch your bank account closely. Especially if you choose to cancel your subscription... FRAUD!!!! This company needs to be reported and some sort of action taken against them!!!!

Very non compassionate, Huge ripoff buyer beware, once they get your information you'll get orders you never ordered well you'll pay for orders but getting them is a whole different story, they charged me the 19.99 after sale as well, when I asked to be removed from any further sales, they sent me a email telling me it would be a additional 44.00 dollars, Talking to Attorneys about a Class Action law suit, as well as the BBB, and other Agencies this is a scam company,

We want to clarify that the Peak Performance Challenge was included with your Tstrive purchase as a 14-day free trial, which automatically renews into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends. To help ensure transparency, a renewal reminder containing cancellation instructions was also sent 7 days before the trial expired.
Because the subscription remained active through the end of the trial, the renewal was processed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
As outlined in Section 22.11 – Digital Products, Trials, and Non-Refundable Renewals:
- Certain digital services, including free trials, automatically renew into paid subscriptions unless canceled.
- Customers acknowledge that access to digital products is provided immediately and that renewal fees are non-refundable once processed.
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges, but previously processed renewal charges cannot be refunded.
We have already canceled your Peak Performance Challenge, so there will be no further charges or renewals.
Regarding your order, it was placed under our supplement subscription option. Subscriptions include a discounted rate in exchange for a minimum of two orders, as outlined in our Terms of Service. The first renewal must be completed before a subscription can be canceled without additional charges.

Nightmare Customer Service
Ordered via mobile app and product arrived on a timely basis. Was not aware of an automatic 14-day "coaching" trial and then monthly payments of $19.99. Website does not provide possibility of login nor a toll free number. Took product for 1 1/2 months without seeing any benefit (weight reduction). I would steer clear of T-Strive as customer service is horrible.
