Turf Factory DirectReviews of turffactorydirect.com

Turf factory was very helpful getting all my questions answered and helped me do my own project. They filled my order in a week and shipped it across the country free of charge. Trucking company they used was also first class. I will recommend anyone to use turf factory direct. Mike Erickson

I first called for information. I was offered samples sent to me for free and all of my questions were answered. When I called back a few weeks later to place an order I received the same excellent service. I asked if they offered a military discount. And to my surprise they did and it was FREE shipping!!!! Received my roll of turf today and already installed it in my garage. I wish it was this easy doing business with everyone out there.

Great experience from my first email to the sales / service team, to using the chat feature on their website. Competitive pricing, flat shipping fee and the product has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Great service!!

Fabulous product and quick shipping. We are very satisfied!

I am so glad we decided to order from Turf Factory Direct. They’re not lying when they say it’s high quality for a low price. The turf I got was TFD 87 Special to use under a playground for my kids. I needed soft and thick turf as we installed it on cement. This turf is super soft that it’s comfortable to even lay on. It’s exactly the quality I was looking for and could not find anywhere else. Also the install is near my real grass and the color is almost identical. I was skeptical to order online as I didn’t want to be disappointed but everything went great. Delivery was super easy and there were no issues at all. There seems to be a lot of complaints on the delivery process but just make sure you read the policy and be ready for anything listed on there.

great delivery driver

Danika shines once again. My home putting green/turf yard was looking incredible until we realized the material was ordered short. I quickly called Danika and she jumped on it. I had the new material here in a few days and finished the project on time for the house warming. 5 stars to Danika and your company. Thank You.
