Typing.comReviews of typing.com

I was looking for an affordable typing program for my Middle School keyboarding class students. The typing.com software provided me with a great way to track data on individual student's performances and growth. Since the Premium package was so affordable, under $350 for 115 students, I could jump them into the "Ad Free" version and have them work with less to no lag on their typing lessons. I highly recommend typing.com for any keyboarding class or an independent student who wants to improve their skills.

Some of our elementary students use typing.com but have recently been blocked from some of the features from our filtering and monitoring system. I contacted support at typing.com and they promptly assisted me in providing the necessary urls to whitelist in our filtering program so those students that had been restricted could regain access to the program.

Our district had a student that was not syncing correctly with Clever/Typing.com. I reached out and the representative was able to complete a new sync and the student is now correct in their Typing.com roster. This was a very quick and easy process. Thank you!

Support was quick to response to my request. The answer given helped resolve my issue. I appreciated the video tutorial that was easy to follow along to.

The team at typing.com was very fast with their response and followed up when the first re-sync did not work. Thank you for solving my issue quickly and efficiently.

We had to make a name change for a student super fast! I emailed support and in less than a minute, the change was made!

We love typing.com. The customer service is great and always takes care of us if we need assistance. My children are becoming better typists because of this program. Thank you!

Fernando Cote was right on my problem. He emailed me back within two minutes of me asking for help. As a teacher, this is crucial for me. And more importantly, he solved my problem right away.
