They ship quick blueberry plants was packed well we planted them and one of the Vernon has died after a week

We’re glad to hear the blueberry plants arrived quickly and were well packed. We’re sorry to hear one of the Vernon blueberries is struggling. You can submit a claim here: https://www.tytyga.com/Articles.asp?ID=462 and we will be happy to review it for store credit under the guarantee. That said, if it were us, we would continue watering the blueberry daily for now. It is still very early, and blueberries can sometimes drop foliage and then push out new leaves after the stress of shipping and transplanting.

Received a dead stick since then I got a replacement plant and it looks great. I believe it will do fine. Thanks
Received a dead stick. When you go to plant insurance page all you get is error message. Just give you the run around. The roots looked fair and I planted it hoping it may come around. It's dead. Won't order again

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We have a replacement being shipped out to you. When it arrives, please soak the roots in a bucket of water before planting to help with hydration and establishment.

We bought 6 trees
We bought 6 trees. 5 were great but 1 Eastern Redbud was dead and tossed. Hope to hear back from Tyty on either a refund or replacement?

I received the full refund for the damaged plants I received. They did the right thing.
I ordered plants that UPS damaged, repacked & shipped out 3 days later than scheduled. The plants arrived in really rough shape possibly even dead due to the extended shipping time & the damage. Even though I was rude to them & blamed them for UPS’s mistakes. They gave me a full refund on the plants. They did the honorable thing, tried to give good customer service & they deserve credit for doing that. Thank you.

muscadine plants
The order of 2 three year old muscadine plants arrived timely and in good condition. They were packed well. Only problem is that I paid for 3 year plants. One plant could have been a 2 year plant, or maybe even a 1 year plant, as it was much, much smaller than the other plant. Plants have not leafed out yet but expect them to in a few weeks. I will update review if problems arise.

We do want to mention that with live plants, some natural variation in size can occur even within the same age group, as growth can differ from plant to plant. That said, both plants should perform as expected and leaf out as the season progresses.
