I never received the order to my address. I was delivered to ups for pick up even though I paid for expedited shipping to my address. I was out of town and had no way of picking it up. It was not delivered on time and they have not issued a refund even though I have requested it multiple times. UPS has now sent the order back and they still refuse to refund me. I do not recommend anyone order from this website as it is a scam. They do not provide tracking number unless you request it. It has been a horrible experience.

As soon as we received the notification, we emailed you the details about how to pick up your package and how to contact the UPS to deliver your package again when you came back to your address. We sent them to you several times, but you didn’t give us a response and we have been waiting for the result. We have promised you before that if the package is lost, we will bear all costs and refund you full amount. In addition, when the order was shipped out, the email of shipping information was automatically sent to you; you may not have noticed it. To save your time, even though we haven’t received the returned glasses, we have refunded you the full amount, please check it. I don’t like the frames

I did not like the glasses after receiving them. Frames to big. Lenses too thick.

Dear Teesha, Thank you for posting this comment. We checked the prescription paper you sent to us, but there is not your pupil distance (PD) on the paper. The PD is needed to manufacture your eyeglasses because it determines the exact optical center of the lens, which is the point where you look through the lens. PD is especially important for manufacturing multi-focal lenses. Therefore, the wrong PD entered in the order can be an element that the customer cannot see clearly with glasses. We requested that you inform us of more details about your pupil distance, but you have not replied to us. If your PD is correct, please also don’t worry, we will properly deal with it and ensure you a satisfactory shopping experience.
