Excellent Customer Support
It is not good business to offer an option (Apple Pay) that has not been properly debugged. However, an excellent customer service representative (Sean or Shawn, sp?) provided competent support and feedback as he promised.

Well we tried to order but in the middle of it it started asking strange questions so I stopped thinking it was not working .

Be warned
Be warned! Upstep received my impression kit on October 14th ....it is now December 20th and I still haven't received the product so I can't really rate it. When I checked the order status online it keeps getting pushed back more and more ...now the delivery dates is January 3rd . Losing faith . 😣Upstep just some advice from a customer...if you would let the customer know ahead of time this whole process could take up to 3 months (or longer)that would keep people from being annoyed and concerned and we could give you a better review. Thank you.

Please forgive us for the unexpected early holiday demand. This is not typical of us! Unfortunately, the holiday season is very busy and we are doing our best to produce all orthotics in a timely fashion! We appreciate your patience!

It’s great that you offered another…
It’s great that you offered another pair for $109. I tried to take advantage of the offer, but I was dropped into the form for new customers that required me to go through the survey, photos, etc. again. You already have my info, and I just wanted to click a button to add another pair from my profile. I gave up and exited the process.

Thank you for returning to Upstep! Nice to have you back! We take all customer feedback very seriously, and it will not go unnoticed. However, at this time, we cannot assume our returning customers are coming back for the same exact orthotic style (as you know, we have many), and we also can't assume there isn't a new diagnosis since your last order. Things can change with our feet due to a new injury, significant weight loss or gain, a new diagnosis, a new style of shoes, etc. For now, all returning customers are asked to fill out the questionnaire in the event there are changes. We already have your impression on file so it will be a lot faster and easier. We appreciate you and we are happy to have you as part of the Upstep family!

We are very thorough and only want your orthotics to be perfect for you!! We do not need all the photos of your shoes. Just a few will do!!

Mixed Customer Service Experience
They were highly responsive during the ordering process. Then, they sent me a message wanting me to upload a bunch of pictures of my current insoles and the shoes I will use these with. None of the pictures uploaded. I could not reopen the chat or initiate a new chat on the website. I called during their normal hours, pressed 2 for a call back, went back to the main number and finally left a voice mail. Still waiting to see how this all works out.
