Dont pay extra for shipping
Great merchandise but when i pay extra for overnight shipping and it still takes a week to get to me thats a problem but other than that im happy as can be!

It was hard to order the proper size…
It was hard to order the proper size vest. I think a basic measurement range the dr the vest would fit would be helpful. Or, a weight range that the vest would fit...

We always rely on actual measurements to make sure that the vest would be a perfect fit since in most cases, weight can be inaccurate due to the different breeds of dogs. If you find that the vest you ordered does not fit your dog, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to process a free exchange. We’re happy to send out the correct size to you, we just ask that you return the incorrect sized item(s) by mail to our office. There will be no shipping or return fee charged by us within 14 days. We may charge a restocking fee to process exchanges after 14 days. When returning a vest, please make sure to return the vest patches as well or you may incur an additional charge. service dog
received all of my dog stuff but they spelled my last name wrong , contacted them an told them , they fixed it on my paper work but wanted to charge me more money for there mistake.on the card and paper work they all ready sent out , as much as i paid for all of this they should fix their mistake and sed me the correct stuff.

Received everything that was supposed…
Received everything that was supposed to be in the kit. The print quality on the ID card left much to be desired

Could be better
I like that the kit came with alot of good things I don't like that the vest is a cheap piece of vinyl cloth. Hopefully it won't wear out to quick

The only problemI had was getting in…
The only problemI had was getting in touch with the therapist. He wasn’t good with communicating with me, I had to remind him of the info I sent, and we never spoke over the phone (which I prefer). USA was great tho, I received my registration from them in no time!

Will it work?
I bought this in hopes that it will work getting my dog to pass as a service dog because I travel often and my dog has learned to alert me with my diabetes and sugar spikes and lows. I have not yet tried this because of covid. My fear is that he did not go through formal training and testing and will this be an issue. This package was expensive and honestly looks kind of hokey with the extremely bright red and cheap looking leash/collar.

Hi, We are sorry t hear that you are not fully satisfied with your dog's registration. We can assure you, our registrations are recognized in all 50 states. This is not a scam. The law allows for owners to train their own dogs so it should not be an issue and under the same law, In situations where it is not obvious that the dog is a service animal, staff may ask only two specific questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Staff are not allowed to request any documentation for the dog, require that the dog demonstrate its task, or inquire about the nature of the person's disability.
