They never pick up the phone. They owe me a $900 refund and have given me excuse after excuse about their Lenders not allowing the money to be release. They are a scam. How do i post their email correspondence regarding the company GM Jeff not having enough money to refund me? The answers they have given me over and over is maybe next week. Maybe 10/9/2023. Pls read google review i was able to share the email on there.

The communication is awful!! I have to email several times before I can get an answer from someone! Not to mention the package I picked and am paying for had extras included that aren’t showing up on my confirmation and I can’t even get a response to that!

Horrible, showed me a good deal, once i booked the trip the payments tripled. My advisor Rich refused to cancel payments. I Got stuck with a vacation I didnt even go on

Hi Nick, Thank you for your review. We appreciate all reviews, both good and bad. I have to admit I am very confused by your review. I find no record of you as a customer with VacationWiser over the last two years. You are not in our customer database and I show no payments received. We had a travel advisor named Rich but he has not worked here since Marh 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. I would be happy to respond to your issues. Please provide additional information so we can research your trip -- where did you go, when did you travel? Is it possible you have us confused with somebody else? Where do I start. We have taken several cruises over the years and this was the first experience we have had with a travel agency that was Less then satisfactory! First, the communications with my planner were less then adequate. Our accommodations request was not even close to what we requested. I was told that I would receive 5 for Free on our Norwegian cruise which I did not, because your agent told me I would be receiving them and then when I received my cruise conformation they were not included. When I questioned him on why they were not there, I was told that he was not able to secure that promotion which was after the fact of being told I would be receiving them. I was very disappointed with the service that was offered to us therefore we will not be using your services in the future.

Thank you, Norman, for your review. We appreciate bad reviews because it shows us where we need to improve. We clearly had an issue with our communication on your cruise and I apologize. We do our best to be transparent from the moment we start a conversation with a customer. It seems the travel specialist did not inform you that NCL offers two types of rates – a low, lead-in rate that does not include “Free at Sea” and the regular rate which gives up to 5 free items, such as Unlimited Beverages. You need to be in a position to make an informed choice – not just go with the least expensive. We have re-emphasized this program with all our travel specialists. We take pride in bringing travel to many people who would not normally be able to afford it. Should you want to give us another try I will supervise your transaction to ensure it goes smoothly. I have used this site more than once. For one, they REALLY Over Charge (a lot). Secondly, I have always had a problem with the reservation. And last but not least, I never have and still would not recommend this site to friends or family. There is no benefit for even using this site more than once. (Return customer).

Thank you, Gwendolyn, for leaving your review. We appreciate all reviews because it helps us to improve. I recall that your trip involved miscommunication on the type of cabin you wanted. Fortunately, we were able to secure the preferred cabin in the end, although at a higher price than originally quoted. I apologize for the miscommunication on our part – as a result we provided additional education to our travel specialists on NCL’s “Free at Sea” program. As for our pricing, our prices include a markup for the cost of financing, which make them higher than if you purchased directly from the cruise line or a travel agency. The benefit is that you can spread your payments over 12 months, and you have a fixed payment tied to your payroll. Our markup considers the costs of spreading out customer payments, providing credit approval, collections and when customers default. We are proud to say our program provides access for many people who would not otherwise be able to travel.
