I can’t say enough about VA Claims, LLC. Matt and his entire team made a difficult process seamless. There’s no doubt in my mind that the claim would not have been approved on the first attempt without them. They were prompt to respond with any questions or concerns and followed up many times just to check in to see how I was doing during and even after the process was completed. They went above and beyond expectations. After having gone through it many times, watching several YouTube videos, and thinking I could do it on my own I now realize that you truly need the help of a professional. It’s well worth the minimal cost of services in the long run. Trust me It will pay for itself in the grand scheme of things. If you’re questioning if it’s worth it or not, don’t hesitate! VA Claims, LLC was an absolutely unexpected and amazing experience for me. I was stuck without resolution except for a VBA hearing, until VA Claims rode to the rescue. Their team explained the process clearly, focused on what actually matters to the VA, and handled everything end to end. In particular, I owe an honest and heartfelt shout-out to both Josh & Paige on the VA Claims Team. They both went above & beyond the call, directly resulting in a 100% PT rating. This was after a wait of more than 30 years! I am a Gulf War Vet. These are the true professionals who NEVER give up and go more than the proverbial mile to help Vets get the ratings we deserve.
