I ordered 100 of the medium bulky sticks and then I decided to buy 50 the large bully sticks and when they arrived, they weee mostly the same size as the medium sticks!! I sent an inquiry to the value pet support and all they had to say is that they are rated by weight and did nothing about it, I even sent pics in of the packages and sticks as a comparison!!! I have 6 dogs and purchase a lot of Billy sticks from y’all but I will now change and look for another source for bully sticks since value pets just dismissed my concerns…….. not very service oriented when I am a good customer and I even give referrals.

I really wanted to like the Yak cheese because I have been looking for long lasting chews for my 6 fur babies. When they chew on them large chunks come off and they are super hard as described so they swallow the pieces whole, some of them were choking on them and a couple of my dogs were throwing them up later because they were just sitting in their stomach in large chunk pieces :( I'm a little upset that a product is being sold for pets thats not safe for them, my fur babies are my life and of something happened to them I would not walk away quietly! There should be a warning of this on these!!!

Never had an issue when ordering until now. Bugs, bugs, bugs. I will now have to find another vendor for my pups treats. My contents were sealed by the shipper, bugs inside the packaging. I wish I could submit pictures. Quality has obviously gone to the crapper. The only reason for the review is Valuepets kept sending me emails to submit a review, they wanted it, they got it.

I ordered bully sticks, everything about the presentation led me to believe they're American made....the bag says, made in Mexico, packaged in the USA...won't buy again. Hate duplicity.
