The rating is not a reflection on Value Pets but the overall experience. The shipper left the box in the middle of the road (path) that I live on with very wet conditions on the property. It was left about 50 yards from the door of the house. The pads are awesome. Very sturdy, the size I want and very absorbent. Very pleased with the product purchased.

The pee pee pads I purchased were thin and often stuck together making it difficult to use at times. Will not purchase them again.

I have Purchased the 6" thin bully sticks for years. They have always been pretty consistent in size. This time they were all over the place, most are thin one end fat other end, knots in the middle and just not even. Not sure what happened. Hope it does not continue

The size is not true. I ordered xlg for my 45 lb dog but they are too small. Shows a german shepherd on the package so should fit my dog but they are way too small

Website is great, fast shipping, however bully sticks are NOT low odor. My pups love them so it works, and I have plenty of wax melts, luckily.
