Vehicle Value ExpertsReviews of vehiclevalueexperts.com

Love these guys! They came in as our third party appraiser to fight for a higher payout from our insurance company following a total loss of my son’s car. They got us $6000 more than the insurance company was offering. Highly recommend these guys! Super knowledgeable and helpful!!

I cannot recommend Vehicle Value Experts highly enough. Like many people dealing with a total loss claim for the first time, I had no idea what my options were after my insurance company declared my Toyota FJ Cruiser a total loss. I had spent countless hours researching vehicle values, documenting OEM and aftermarket modifications, and trying to negotiate on my own, but I quickly realized I was at a significant disadvantage. After discovering Vehicle Value Experts, everything changed. From my very first conversation, it was obvious that this team understands the total loss appraisal process inside and out. They took the time to answer my questions, explain each step of the process, and set realistic expectations. At no point did I feel pressured or left wondering what came next. Their communication was prompt, professional, and incredibly reassuring. Most importantly, they knew exactly how to navigate the appraisal process. Their guidance helped me properly invoke my appraisal clause, present the right information, and ultimately achieve a settlement that was approximately $5,300 higher than my insurance company's original offer. That increase alone more than justified reaching out to them, but what impressed me even more was their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to educate me throughout the process. They genuinely cared about making sure I received a fair valuation rather than simply accepting the insurance company's initial offer. If you're facing a total loss claim and feel overwhelmed or unsure whether your settlement offer is fair, do yourself a favor and contact Vehicle Value Experts before accepting anything. Their expertise made a tremendous difference in my case, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you to the entire Vehicle Value Experts team for your knowledge, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

Great company!!!

What a great service provided by great people. It's disappointing that my own insurance company would not take care of my claim properly without me hiring Vehicle Value Experts. However, I am glad Allstate did this because now I will not file another claim without hiring and professional to represent me.

This company is made of helpful and caring people who walk you through everything.

Great people and great values!!!

Vehicle value experts handled the appraisal and comps for my vehicle claim. The insurance was dead set on a number, which of course, was extremely low. The adjuster wouldn't budge so we exercised our appraisal option per my policy. At appraisal, the independent party was still extremely low with the value of the vehicle. Vehicle Value Experts advised me of an upmire option. End of the day, based off the research, diligence and experience, we were able to receive an additional $6800 for our total loss. I highly recommend working with this firm if you are in the unfortunate circumstance of a total loss with your vehicle.

Good experience, very professional experience and timing of claim paid was pretty good.
