Ultimately, my wife was very happy with the product we ordered. However, there were substantial shipping delays and poor communication. Lastly, the marketing material that you folks use objectifies women in ways that I wouldn't expect from an office furnishings firm. It felt gratuitous and that was a bit of a turn off.

This is a good/decent product. It arrived within a few weeks. If you are 6'4'' or taller I wouldn't recommend this desk. In addition, the table top itself is low quality. The base and adjustability is great but the table top is cheap formica with what looks like a plastic covering. There are several products out there that are much cheaper for better quality and I am upset that I purchased this versus others.

Product didn’t ship on time, and I eventually had to call to check on why it hadn’t shipped yet before it was actually shipped. It appears as though the order was forgotten until I called.

I ordered a stand up desk about a month ago. Unfortunately it does rise and hasn't since I put it together. I have called numerous times for replacement parts and to date I have still not received them.

The desk was broken and we are still waiting on a response.

What should of been a simple process to order ended up being one of complication and stress. If you don't want to allow a different shipping address then the billing address then do not offer it. At the least have a disclaimer that if this is chosen then additional verification will be needed. Also the online offer of two free items if a dest was ordered on black Friday was not honored. It said a standing mat and cordless phone charger would be with each purchase. No where did it say a desk of a certain price point must be purchased for this offer. Yet when ordered it did not give the phone charger. Talked with many reps and was told with each there was a price point. One was going to look into the website offering it and get back to me and never did. Then shipping took way longer to get it in the mail then I would of ever imagined with this being a black Friday sale. Just barely arrived to be the intended Christmas gift.

Seems like the VersaDesk is well built, however the speed at which it moves up and down was too slow for our office application. When a customer comes in we need to lower to eye level quickly. I would be couscous, because the company doesn't stand behind their product, You will end up paying for the shipping and handling if it doesn't work for you. (Same day we opened the unit, we called and re-boxed - no delays on informing VersaDesk)

Bought the desk online on 10/21 and was told Current lead time is 8-10 business days to complete production and Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Versa desk starting 10/22 starts e-mailing me about the Halloween promotion which would have given me a significantly lower price and included an anti-fatigue mat. I called customer service to tell them that I placed an order yesterday and would like to get in on the deal. Nobody returned my call . Instead my order which should takes 8-10 days to complete shipped the next day. No discount etc. So versa desk got some extra $$ out of me. It's fine but Its not like I'm the only person in my office considering this style of desk. So I just keep my mouth shut on recommending it and will consider this event if I buy another. I should have canceled the order same day and re-purchased the discounted item. Lesson learned.
