This is specific to my last order. After 3 weeks, the order is still showing as "Awaiting Shipment" and I have gotten no response from online inquiries about my order. My next step will be to call into support or ask for a refund.

My order (which has still not been delivered) has been full of hiccups. I had to do a whole paper transaction after placing my order online. Then 2 weeks later the site said it was "awaiting shipment" for 5 days in a row. After calling and finding out on Wednesday morning that they made a label and it "should" get to me by Friday it seems they didn't bother to actually *send * it that day but waited another day so it won't be here till Monday. In short, the original time estimate for the order was about half of what it will turn out to be.

Had used a very good sales person and ordered a few desks. Then got a different person and 3 weeks later my order had not even shipped and seemed to have not been ordered. It was for 1 desk not a big order.

Product is good, but on at least 4 of the last few orders we placed consistently had the wrong product sent to us (the same wrong product!) Need better internal controls.

I can't comment on the VersaDesk specifically as I never even took it out of the box. When I got it it was obvious that it would be too big for my use (at home, not at an office). I found the web site description inadequate and the customer support people did not help much. They did handle the return responsibly so I can't complain about that. My advice - go to a "brick and mortar" store and look at it in person. Don't buy it on-line, sight unseen.

Good product but customer service on phone is terrible, they shipped wrong item and want me to pay for shipping to return item. They also told me they would call me back after researching and never did, I had to call them back.

Waited for two weeks for my stand up desk to arrive. Wen it finally arrived it was damaged and dirty. I had to wait two more weeks to get a replacement. Not happy with that.
