I called to get better instructions on how to put together the outdoor privacy walls. They claim they come already put together. NOPE. Still don’t know how to put together. It’s very confusing and I would not order from them again

TAG's order # 367456 arrived in 3 different shipments even though the paperwork said 1 of 1. When the last shipment was received a hush panel was damaged. We contacted Versare and talked to a Rep that was going to get a replacement. On July 1st I logged onto the website and could not find any update. I sent a request for contact and Grant Becher replied stating he was working with Russell Gill concerning the replacement. We have heard nothing else and do not know if the replacement has been shipped or when the expected arrival date would be. We need to install these cubicles as soon as possible. Any help would be appreciated

It was going to easy to set up if you put instruction and screws for wall mount pieces, it really does not cost you much.(online instruction states that you do not provide screws because customers has different type wall ).There is no any space for screw when you are passing panels each other, you have to reduce the head of the screw by sanding. That's why you have to put screws that is compatible with your panels.
