I can't review the Viofo product yet as I haven't received it (it's in transit), but the support I've received from Nancy has been excellent. I only wish responses were a little faster, but I realize its a Chinese company, and there is a 12 hour time difference. Its comforting to do business that provides great customer service, before the sale. I will post an updated review once everything is installed.

I got myself the Viofo A319m dash-cam and decided to have it hard wired in my car. flawless process. Perfect piece of equipment, superior quality. Couldn't be happier. Don't think twice, just go for it!

Excellent product and outstanding customer service. During a windshield replacement, the technician accidentally damaged the rear camera cable by attempting to connect it to the wrong port. When I contacted VIOFO customer support and requested a replacement cable, they graciously offered to send one. I have been using one VIOFO camera for about four years and recently purchased another for my second vehicle. The cameras are reliable, and the customer service experience was exceptional. Highly recommended!

Purchased a a129 PLUS DUO in 2022, after 4 years in the Australian sun my main camera body finally gave out, but a few emails later and even outside warranty I was able to get a a replacement camera shipped to my door at the fraction of the cost of a new one through viofo support, never had such an enjoyable experience trying to get a replacement from any other company. they have earned a lifetime customer for sure.
