I had a great experience with Viofo products. I currently own their A139 Pro, A229 Pro and A 229 Plus. All working in great condition here in the United Arab Emirates where the temperatures can reach 60° C. And whenever I had any troubleshooting or help with the products the support staff were very prompt on replying and guiding me through everything. Will definetly recommend their products.

Camera works amazing, team works better. Camera I bought started having some trouble with the screen about 10-11 months after purchase, but the customer support team was able to trouble shoot with me until it was decided they will send me a replacement. I worked with Annie Shi who was very punctual and responsive. Would recommend their cameras as they’ve already saved me plenty times.

My mechanic installed the Viofo Dash Cam in my car. There was a problem connecting the dash cam to my SSD. The Viofo support team was very helpful, and recommended the correct cable. My Viofo Dash Cam now connects to the SSD. I am pleased with the performance of the Viofo Dash Cam and would highly recommend it. I greatly appreciated the help of the Viofo support team.

The cabin camera stopped working and the agent at VIOFO sent a replacement camera and cable right away. Both arrived promptly in very secure packaging (lots of tape). The rep emailed me at every step and provided tracking info. Very impressed!
