I have a VIOFO A119 Mini 2 dash camera, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The product is excellent and unbeatable for the price. After 1.5 years, I experienced an issue with the camera. I just got a new Viofo dashcam and messed up on the stickers used to install the cams. I contacted customer service to see if they could send out a couple extras, and Jessica got it taken care of right away. I was very impressed by their customer service.

Had a VIOFO A129 Pro camera stopped working. Reached out to customer service and had Josie walk me through some troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately the camera still didn't work. She ended up sending a replacement for it. Got the new unit and is working perfectly. Great customer service. She follow up and answer all my questions promptly.

While traveling, my Viofo decided to get stuck in startup mode. A week later, I contacted John at Viofo and and ran me to some things that did not work. I created a ticket and was responed promptly by Annie. She then advised my to do a reset and it also did not work. Annie the stated she would send me a replacement unit. It was received has worked great. Sorry for the delay in this review. Customer service was concise and prompt. It is nice dealing with professional personnel
