Awesome class
Awesome class. Best cycling experience I had! Feeling like you're riding through different trails is so motivating and the instructor pushes you too. I enjoyed the challenge and can't wait to be back. ALSO- great choice of music.

Best workout
Best workout! I always burn at least 500 calories. Great experience, fun music, and good changes in tempo to keep it interesting. Have brought many friends and everyone loves it. Also, the cold eucalyptus towel at the end is the best.
