Awesomeee!!!

Was impressed immediately by professional and attentive staff and Instructors that took the time to explain every detail of this experience was a comforting start. As a purist outdoor road cyclist it took a bit of convincing from wife to join this class. It was F...ing tough, and demanded 120% the entire class. The music video playlists, huge screen vistas synced with motion to your bike and heartbeat was by far the most fun.

Excellent class! Lots of fun!

Amazing class! So fun, high energy, great music, clean and burns a ton of calories. I will be back again soon!

Loved the music and videos

This is the funnest workout ever! I hate working out but needed to lose some weight per Dr’s orders. I found this place online and decided to give it a try. Wow.. what an experience. I am now a regular going 4-5 times per week and enjoying every moment of it!!

Best Ride Ever!! Thanks Omer
