Some agents say Vista Estate’s “pre-vetted” leads are often not as qualified as advertised, and the claimed 40% conversion rate feels unrealistic. Many report leads who are unresponsive or not actually ready to buy or sell. Others mention poor transparency in how leads are generated and feel the company overpromises on “exclusive premium clients.” Several agents also feel the system creates dependence on paid leads without delivering the high ROI the company promotes.

My experience has been gaining traction. I just started with Vista Estate but I can say that their customer service has made all the changes I requested to my website. They are gaining my trust the longer I'm with them. They proactively call me as well. I'm new to their platform so I have not received any leads as of yet because my website that they are building is not complete to my satisfaction. I believe its a good program worth every day I invested.

Received an unsolicited telephone call on a number on the Do Not Call registry from a man with a strong Indian accent asking if I had properties to sell—which I do. He asked about the properties; I asked about his company. Although the number on my caller ID showed an Alabama area code, told me he was based in Houston, TX, and directed me to the Vista Estate website. Curiously the website said the company was based in Austin; the caller checked with his supervisor and discovered that in fact the company was in Austin. I questioned how he could not know in which city his company’s headquarters were located, and he had no response. Furthermore, I pointed out that the website listed offices in “Auston” and in “Los Angles” and gave an address in New York City at 123 Main Street, 10001, which is not an address that actually exists, and the telephone number with a (555) area code, which is not a real area code. Furthermore, the links under the photographs of the company’s purported principals on its website that ostensibly lead to their biographies do not work. And the Alabama telephone number from which the caller appeared to be calling is not a working number. If this is a legitimate company, it is not a trustworthy one. Why would anyone trust a company whose agents make cold calls to numbers on the Do Not Call registry using a spoofed number? How could anyone have confidence in a company whose website is so poorly designed and factually misleading? Selling property is a business where personal trust and professional confidence between sellers and agents and between agents and buyers is paramount. Either this company is rather stupid in its business development strategy, in which case it probably is not very good; or it is a front for yet another Indian scam.

Caller Identification & Location We do not permit: Spoofed numbers Unverified outbound numbers Agents who cannot clearly identify company locations Your experience indicates that the representative did not follow our compliance scripts, and this is being escalated internally. Any associate who cannot meet our transparency requirements is removed from our campaigns. 2. Website Errors You Mentioned You are absolutely correct to point out: The misspellings Incorrect address formatting Nonfunctional biography links These were part of a temporary test environment that was accidentally pushed live during a backend update. It does not represent our final production website. The pages have already been taken offline and are being corrected by our development team. 3. Do Not Call Registry Vista Estate does not intentionally call numbers listed on the DNC registry. If your number was reached, it was either: Flagged incorrectly in a third-party dataset, or Dialed due to human error Either way, this is unacceptable, and your number has now been permanently removed from all outreach lists. 4. Trust Pilot has a review of this company from me...this is a TOTAL SCAM! I have not review Vista Estate and if I had, this would be my review: Same Junk Leads as anywhere else. If they were closing, I would still be using them. JUNK LEADS and DISREPUTABLE REVIEW!
