Site is easy to navigate, quality products. order confirmation and follow up communications are prompt and clear. Free shipping is a plus but took a little longer than expected. Will come back for future shopping again.

I ordered and paid for two items on September 23rd and was notified they were out of stock. On October 5th I contacted the company and they said that they would be shipped October 28th. I hadn't heard anything so I emailed the company again on November 15th. They said that they still had not shipped and though they did offer a replacement, I should not have to contact them about items that still hadn't shipped. How long would they have waited if I had not contacted them?

Overall Voltage was great. They had what I wanted in stock, whereas another company I looked at couldn't guarantee delivery for months because they didn't have it in stock. Voltage was a bit overwhelmed with orders when I placed mine so they were slow in getting it shipped, but they were super responsive by email and apologetic about the delay. Will give them a try again in the future.

My restaurant loves the coffee grinder! It did take extra time to arrive than quoted, however, so we had to reopen our dining room using our old one for a week.

Everything went well for the most part. Products and prices are below or at retail. It took multiple searches and back and forth navigation to find what I needed. I wish there was a way to search for parts based on machine. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to apply my 5% discount for subscribing. All in all it was a great experience and I found what I needed.
