Request time was 4 pm, walker was leaving at 4:01, said she arrived early. Had only one pic which I can’t tell if it was in the neighborhood or just in my driveway. Would appreciate more pics to see where the walk was.. But that’s okay, maybe next time. Thank you.

The $5 cancellation fee would only be applied if you cancelled the service within 24 hours of the start time. If you feel that was not correctly applied, please do reach out to us at [email protected] so that we may assist to look into it further. We also understand that currently your area may be more limited for Pet Caregivers, which we would like to recommend reaching out to specific Pet Caregivers that you've had and liked in the past, to see if they have flexibility for your pet's needs; this can be done from the 'Past Caregivers' section, where a chat can be initiated with the Pet Caregiver(s). LOVE my walkers, but WAG has poor customer service when it comes to billing - customer service reps are overseas and have ZERO ability to solve problems. Billing/pricing can be sketchy - Submitted a BBB complaint about their offers and discrepancy between App and online pricing. Again, walkers have been very responsible and wonderful with my dog. The WAG customer support was pretty awful, beware of unethical pricing practices.

Meanwhile, the app gives you a detailed breakdown of what the prices will be depending on the prices that Pet Caregivers had set for themselves in your specific area. This can vary from area to area; however, this is why the base price is listed online so those doing some research may receive an idea of the average price for a particular service. Please keep in mind, Pet Caregivers set their own prices so it may slightly vary from time to time.

I have found WAG is unreliable. They’ll book a walk with one walker, then the day of the walk they assign another walker who cancels last minute (5 minutes before the scheduled walk). Customer service was a joke. They couldn’t guarantee another walker in any specific time, and didn’t offer any credits for the inconvenience. Very poorly run company.

I sprained my ankle and couldn't walk my dog for a week. Wag to the rescue!! Or so I thought. I had a walker completely no show, one who was 30 minutes late, and another who let me know at the start of my scheduled walk time that she was running late and would be there in 50 minutes. All of these instances caused me to have to walk my dog while on crutches and made me late to work. I have had some good walkers, but ultimately find the service unreliable.

Wag used to be great until they started nickel and diming customers by adding fees. I paid nearly $17 for a walk (before tip) and only $9 went to the walker. That means the company kept nearly 50% to themselves.

This app is absolute crap. The interface is trash. It takes forever to load. I can’t contact the walker on time half the time because the app itself just doesn’t do what it’s supposed to - I have to quit out and reboot multiple times before it does what it’s supposed to, yet it’s updated and every other service on my phone works fine but not this one. The customer support people are absolutely useless. They constantly have to “check and call back.” It takes FOREVER to get a walker, even when it’s a pre-scheduled walk. This is the least convenient service I’ve ever used. I can’t wait for my dog to start daycare so I never have to use this trash app again.
