I don’t like the tipping system. I just want to see the full price upfront, without any extra fees at the end.

My big issue with Wag is tipping and seeing the walk and comments from the walker. You are not able to see them until after you have given the walker a tip. There have been times I wanted to increase or decrease the tip based on reading the comments from the walker. I should be able to see this first, I do realize I can see the walk real time, but the reason I’m using a walking service is because I’m busy with other things and may not have access to a computer.

Dog walkers are excellent but your app is error-prone and not in the least user-friendly. And you artificially hike prices with so-called “one time registration fees” which get charged every time, not one time.

Although we're not familiar with the 'registration fees' that you mentioned, most services do have a $1.99 booking fee; this would only vary for overnight care, which is a $9.99 booking fee. With Wag! Premium, all booking fees are waived. Your website is almost next to impossible to work with. Can be very confusing for some of us older citizens.

I love the Dog Walkers, but hate the Wag! website and the app. It's difficult to edit the walk times without totally cancelling the walk all together, even for those that are scheduled a week, or two, away. Also, all of the Walkers are stating that they do not see any Notes from me. I know for a fact that I have added the Notes to my pet's profile where it says "Notes". The "Help" section stated that this is where the Notes are to be placed, but the Walker's are unable to see my Notes. This website/app needs more troubleshooting and in turn upgrading in order to make Wag! more user-friendly. Thank you.

A half hour walk is the same price as a half hour of doggie day care where I typically take my dog; and an hour walk is the same as a full day. For me, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to use wag for walking.

Walkers should be mindful of removing their shoes upon entering owners home! The dogs food should be only given if directed on that day otherwise don’t search owners refrigerators or cabinets!!! Or carry dog’s bowl to the dog from kitchen to living room. If directed to do, it is ok! Some are not walking my dog 20 minutes. I have timed them!
