I have enjoyed working with Lyndsey Markel…she gets me…she has guided and coached me through some intense emotional break throughs and set backs…she explains everything in a way that always makes me feel like I’m progressing and that I’ve got this…she’s the best coach ever!

WarriorBabe has helped me finally see through the noise of the fitness industry’s misleading quick-fix campaigns. I knew I had to eat right and move my body, but I didn’t understand what that realistically looked like for my age and stage of life. Working with my WarriorBabe coach and the greater WarriorBabe tribe not only showed me how to tailor my eating and exercise, but they helped me find the hidden key to unlocking sustainable success: MINDSET. All those past decades of noise convinced me that I was supposed to punish or deprive myself into being healthy. The mindset portion is so very important to get lasting results and keep the promise to myself to take care of (not punish) the body I’ve been given. I’m still a work in progress, but I’ve transformed myself way beyond what I had hoped when I first joined. If you’re tired of getting in your own way of reaching fitness & nutrition goals, this is the way to change that!

I have been with Warrior Babe for coming up on one year. I can't believe the transformation I have had in just a year. It works IF YOU WORK IT! I have tried multiple things to lose weight, get in shape, and have the body I want, and what Warrior Babe has taught me is that it takes a specific process that all aligns and makes perfect sense once you start following what is outlined. Their coaches are top of the line, and they KNOW their stuff. You can tell they don't just have random people coaching all of us Warrior Babes. These coaches have put in the work and are extremely knowledgeable about all things that are important to women specifically. They are always there to help you through not only the easy times, but more importantly, the difficult times, as they will arise when you are trying to make the lifestyle change. It's not a diet... It is a lifestyle change that gives you the tools needed to continue your journey for life. I eat twice as much now as I did when I started Warrior Babe, and I personally have lost just over 30 pounds and a ton of inches. I want to express that I have only been able to accomplish this because I follow exactly what I am supposed to. Also, it's not just about losing the pounds. It is a full transformation of the mind and body. Even when you aren't losing weight, seeing your body composition change each week with your photo check-ins is crazy. You can look through your photos week by week and literally SEE your body shape changing. The support of the community is fantastic! All Warrior Babes are always cheering each other on with wins as well as helping each other through struggles that we all go through during the process. People are always sharing recipes, which is great to have. I would highly recommend Warrior Babe if you are fed up and ready to truly put in the work it takes to achieve the results you desire. I could not be any more satisfied with the tools I can use for a lifetime that I have been taught in just a years time. Everything worth having is worth putting in the time and effort to reach your goals, whatever they may be. So many of us continue on after our year, so we can continue to learn more and more and really lock in the positive habits needed to maintain our results once we reach them. Let's go Warrior Babes!! You DON'T have to give up the foods you love... You just have to adjust your portions and make smart choices of when you will enjoy the maybe not-so-healthy things you love. We are Warrior Babes! Warrior Babes has changed my life! It’s not a quick fix plan, but a one year (or more) commitment concentrating on YOU! Before you can be all the things to everybody else, WB’s gives you the opportunity to be the BEST YOU! If you are tired of being tired, over weight, and uninspired then this is a great program to explore. Having a Coach who makes a program tailored just for you, your needs and goals is what you get when you sign up. You will hear from your Coach on a daily basis with weekly check ins and monthly one on one Zooms. My Coach, Samantha Prada has not only enriched my mindset, she has made me healthier and stronger. I totally recommend this program to all women - but especially to women 50 and older who are peri menopausal, menopausal or post menopausal. I just finished my one year program and have learned the tools I need to have continued success.

Been a Warrior Babe for about 8 weeks. LOVE the program. Compared to what I was doing with Warrior Babe I lift more and heavier do less cardio, less exercise time. I am seeing better results--lost inches and pounds. Love my coach SM. She is extremely supportive and encouraging. She has tailored the program to be doable for my fitness schedule and vegetarian diet. Glad I joined.

I joined Warrior Babe 4 mths ago to sharpen my workout experience. WB has provided me a personal, customized, sustainable approaches to nutrition, mindset, self compassion, overall health, and of course, workouts. The community support is bar none.
