I was pleasantly surprised with a professionalism of the customer service. I had to ask several questions regarding my prescription prior to purchasing my contact lenses. Lady on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I faxed my actual prescription and received actual order within 3 days. Great experience and thank WebEyeCare for my Acuvue lenses.

Not the first time I have purchased lenses online but this was above and beyond the best. Awesome customer service, answered every question i had. Qucik shipping, got them in less then 5 days after ordering (on a friday). Prices are unbeatable!!!!

I recommend this store to others. They have good assistance by phone and live chat. They confirmed prescripion with my doctor, corrected prescription that I entered (I made a mistake when odering) and shipped it in 2 business days! I had my order in 5 days only and I did not even pay for shipping! They do not have any hidden "processsing" or "handling" charges like other companies. Everyting is as advertised. I will be a returng customer!

I had an amazing experience with this store! The customer service rep was very professional, walked me through the whole process of ordering from the beginning to end, called my doctor's office to verify my prescription, followed up with me with an update and promptly shipped my lenses within 24 hours of me placing an order. I received my lenses three days later and could not be more pleased! I will surely order from them again in the future and I highly recommend this compay to everyone I know!
