I've been using their VPS service for a heavy trafficked website I own for about 8 months. During these 8 months my website went down over 6 - 7 times !! Almost, once every month !! And when a website is down, they don't send you an email or something. You need to understand it for your self. So, if you don't visit your website for one day, the website will be down for the whole day. You do understand how a webmaster feels when one of his projects is down. Right? Although they have a 24/7 live chat, their customer support is not good. Their representatives do not have the necessary skills to help you solve problems on the spot. They have to open a support ticket to their technical team. Sometimes it can take up to 1 hour until they fix the problem. Anyway, I am not happy at all with this hosting provider and I am moving my websites to another hosting company.

For example, just for the last month of January, you have had: Website #1 178,124 Unique visitors 885,031 Hits Website #2 4,650 Unique visitors 68,294 Hits Website #3 2,922 Unique visitors 72,021 Hits This means that just for one month you have had 185,696 unique visitors and over 1,026,231 hits! This, together with the scripts on your websites require a huge amount of server resources, more than the plan you are currently on could offer. Of course, we are extremely happy that your websites are popular and you have developed a profitable business, however, the growth in hits requires a different solution that will respond to your needs! I will strongly advise that you consult with the people who manage your sites so that they can tell you the exact server resource your websites will need to perform smoothly. Moreover, I would also advise that you consider optimizing your websites, as per Google PageSpeed Insights, their performance is quite low. In regards to your comment about our customer support. Let me confirm that the people who serve you 24/7 on live char are first lever customer service. They have been trained to help with common technical questions, which require immediate assistance. The second lever support available over ticket have the necessary skills and root access to your VPS, as well as to the overall hypervisor to investigate and help with more in-depth solutions. Each hosting company has a division of personnel which aims to speed up and the process of receiving customer care and support, but also to be of maximum efficiency when resolving clients' requests. Finally, I regret to see that you have decided to move your services to anther provider. Frequently downtime occuring, each downtime takes between 7-10 minutes. I have submitted several tickets. they answer tickets but problem not solved yet.

Hello, Webhostface service is very bad, as of now I m using since 1.5 years but i think i have big mistake to choose webhostface. First they insert malware in files and then don't response and tell me take 100$ developer services. So whats intention we understand. So i will recommended don't take webhostface service. Also behavior is also bad like Ivan, Yordan and more member.

It seems that your WordPress websites were exploited by malware on several occasions. This can only happen if there is a vulnerability in your script and it cannot happen on a server level, so I can assure you that the hosting does not cause the malware. Moreover, we have no intention or reason to infect your website, on the contrary - we wish to keep loyal customers that are happy with the service, as we stand to win more from this than a potential $100 paid for a malware clean-up. Moreover, we in no way enforce you hire us for to clean-up your malware, but we simply inform you that you have this service after seeing you have difficulty cleaning-up your sites or finding a developer to do that for you. Usually, script vulnerabilities are caused by the usage of nulled/ cracked themes and plugins or if you do not update your software regularly. Maintaining an updated and secure application is the responsibility of the website owner or the person they employ to maintain the website. Unfortunately, once your WordPress application has been infected, deleting the infected files is rarely enough. This is due to the fact that although the malicious software may be deleted, the vulnerability of the application still remains. That is why you are timely notified of all the vulnerabilities and you were given sufficient time to clean your account or look for a developer who can help you and we always provide detailed recommendations on how to secure your sites. You have a total of four malware tickets, which means that on four different occasions your file cleanup and security were not performed properly. Bought a year's hosting in a 90% off black Friday deal last year. As their hosting plans are expensive, I did not want to renew and logged in today (three days before the renewal date) to shut the site down, only to discover they had already charged me $130! Made three requests for a refund to their sales team, who bluntly refused to return my money and made no attempt to resolve the situation amicably. I am now being forced to escalate the dispute through PayPal and the BBB. My advice - avoid!

Dear Laurence, I reviewed your case and I see that your account has been renewed automatically three days prior to expiration date as it is described in our terms of service. I also checked our logs and saw that we have notified you of the automatic renewal with each payment email you have received including your initial invoice and receipt, as well as twice before the actual charge. All our emails state that all services are set to be renewed automatically unless they have been canceled prior to the renewal charge, or your automatic renewal is stopped by the client. According to our logs, the account was never canceled and the automatic renewal was never stopped, so our system processed your renewal. As the renewals include a number of pre-paid features, as well as transaction fees, they are final and non-refundable. We have permanently removed all payment information and set your account to expire at its new expiration date.

Avoid this company like the plague, they will fraudulently charge you for services you do not want, and then refuse to give you your money back. While the up-time has been great, I was surprised that my paypal account was charged for over $200 when my account said clearly that I paid by credit/debit card. Since I did not want to renew my services with them, I left it at that assuming I wouldn't be charged. This clearly was a mistake. The biggest problem I have is that after informing them, and 3 days before my service was meant to renew, that I would like the charge refunded/cancelled, they act as if this is the hardest thing in the world for them to do. Impossible in fact. I tried asking nicely, and I seem to be talking to a brick wall, so I'm left with the only option of leaving these thieves nasty reviews as a warning to potential future customers.

From what I understand your account was not canceled and got automatically renewed. As per our terms of service, all services are set to renew automatically, unless the automatic renewal is stopped or the service is canceled. We include this policy in each billing email for paid or unpaid invoices we send to our clients. If you did not receive our emails, please contact us directly so we can investigate further. As the renewal includes pre-paid features and services, the renewals are non-refundable once processed. However, if you did not receive our notifications of upcoming renewal, or if you canceled your account before the charge, please contact us so we can discuss further the terms of a refund.

The email services provided by WHF are an absolute joke. I get bounce back emails from outlook saying the Shared IP is blocked, so they say they will delist it. A few days later, I get bounce backs from other domains saying the IP is listed in SpamHaus. I check SpamHaus and find it’s blacklisted for running a botnet. Support then say they will delist that, even though the listing says they need to wait a few days, until a delist Request is possible. Then I’m recommended to buy a dedicated IP, despite already telling them I’m a non-profit service, and I don’t have the budget to buy dedicated IP’s at $60 Per Year alone, which is more than the cost of the hosting plan. Please get your act together!

From what I can see, you have made no complaints ever since, so I believe that this issue has been resolved. SCAM COMPANY, WEAK SERVICE, STAY AWAY! After start of their service I faced speed issues. They migrated my files to another server. During the migration they restored wrong backup and I lost data for a few days. Their support is underqualified and instead of problem solving they try to convince you. In most cases I got wrong answers and they could solve any problem just after a few requests. I have SMTP problems also several times. When they updated their system my configuration settings were lost too and it caused my problems again. At the last similar case when they support couldn't handle the case properly, their manager asked me to contact her directly. When I tried to contact her I got no answer. After a week I lost my patience and I used inappropriate words also to express my frustration. Their answer was that they sent me a message that they will stop to provide me their service. I got 24 hours from them to move my files. After suspending my webspace they didn't pay my money back so far. I paid for 1 year and I got half year weak service with a lot of problems and weak support. When I asked the service fee back for the service period that I didn't get, they simply closed the support ticket after 1 month. When I reopened it they closed it again. I have to say that better not to use their service and this "company" is a SCAM, they show fraud activity, they've stolen my money! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM PROVIDER! ------------------- UPDATE: Even in their response they lie, of course. This is only a good confirmation of their criminal activity.

Andreas, All your issues were address and you were provided with compensations and discounts on several occasions. In the end your services were discontinued due to the fact that you constantly insulted our employees, which escalated to incredibly vulgar language, and threats to our female members of staff. This is not and will not be tolerated!
