Our phone call was followed up by a very thorough email that was very helpful for me to look at again later. The vet tech also followed up again a week later to make sure everything was okay. I appreciated their attention to care.

The Vet Tech was very helpful and informative. Our dog is a 9 week old pup and we have been getting extremely frustrated because she keeps biting us. The info that the tech provided gave us more ideas on how to redirect our pup and assured us that biting is normal puppy behavior and that it will take our persistence over time to alter her behavior.
