Responsive and informative. Our golden managed to counter surf and ate a quarter banana bread with chocolate chips. We did some quick math and determined there wasn't enough chips to be toxic. Gave us peace of mind.

The Vet Tech who answered my call was calm, compassionate and informative. I was very worried that my small dog drank a ton of water out of a puddle. The tech very calmly outlined possible complications and told me to feel free to call back if I had any concerns.
