I really like this service and the opportunity to talk to a vet technician when I am not at ease with my pet condition and I want to hear a brief opinion regarding my worries. It does not replace an exam from a vet nor can give an exact cure or cause for symptoms, but can make pet parents a little less anxious. Overall I am very happy with this service

The CVS vet was helpful and patient when answering my questions. Helped me feel less worried and stressed about my cat.
