The tech was responsive and empathetic…
The tech was responsive and empathetic at the same time. The tech was quick to respond with evidence based answers. Subsequently I left with a preliminary treatment plan to move forward. So appreciate the service!

Every vet tech I've spoken with has been experienced and able to help me with my concern. They also send great summaries after a phone conversation with a written summary or sometimes links to articles with more information.
