The Vet tech was very helpful in answering my questions about a reaction my dog was having to a medication. Since it was a holiday weekend I was unable to talk to my real Vet and it saved me from making a trip to the 24/7 Emergency Vet.

The vet technician (Cassandra) seemed competent and qualified to make helpful recommendations. She was thoughtful and thorough. She listened to concerns, asked pertinent questions and gave good advice on things to do and things that may warrant additional care. She was great! 🐶
