There was some confusion as to whether I paid for a membership. Regardless, the vet tech was very kind and did a one-time consult with me. She was very knowledgeable. (It turned out I had paid for a membership.)

Lea was extremely helpful Even after being disconnected they were able to give me the information again and discuss alternatives and were honest about their opinion or where they couldn't suggest one option over the other.

I received excellent assistance when I reached out because my dog was sick. The person I spoke with was kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She put my mind at ease and reassured me that I was doing all the right things until I could take him to my vet.
