The benefits were just not worth the costs. The barrel length makes it cumbersome and hard to get the curls. I can get better results with pins and plastic curlers

This is the 3rd time I have entered this information. NOT GOING TO DO IT AGAIN!!! The wig has a bump on the back right "corner" that I can't get to flatten. The cap is way too small. Doesn't come within 1 1/2 to 2 inches of my ears, and I don't have a large head. The wig just slides off the wig stand. I doubt very much that I will be ordering from your company again. Very unhappy. Please don't offer me a free consultation over Zoom. I don't have access to a computer that I can use 24/7. Only on my phone which is almost as big of a pain in the ___ as that "bump" on the wig.

Wig turned out to be more expensive than advertised with additional expenses: hefty delivery and return fees ($14.67) each way; I could have gotten the wig with either free delivery or much lower price on another site. When I had to go back a page on the website to correct my credit card number, without realizing it they changed my shipping protection from decline to pay and I couldn't get it back to decline no matter how hard I tried. Buy your wig elsewhere. Also wig in back turned out to be decidedly longer than in the photo and was relatively flat on a wavy short wig.

I was so excited to get my very first wig after experiencing hair loss. I knew this wig inside and out after watching all of the online and site videos. Unfortunately this wig definitely felt and looked used. The waves and curls were teased beyond fixing across the top of the wig. It has such an impossible forward brush pattern, that it is literally unwearable. No more online wig purchases from this site for me.
