Consistent Quality
I have ordered a couple of hair pieces over the years from wigs dot com because they are one of the very few consistent online wig retailers who a) carry a wide variety b) have competitive pricing c) don’t send me used items. I’ve never had to return any items however I have contacted customer service about product questions and they have always been helpful.

I had a question about color, how the new style I picked would match color of my previous purchases.Chat bot was very helpful. My return was processed smoothly and my new wig arrived with the color I much prefer.
