Very service oriented, personable and helpful! We are very thankful we went there. They listened to us and within 20-30 minutes we had placed our order. Compare this to big box stores and that often you have to track down someone who works in that department before you even begin the process...Williams prices are comparable and service and installation went very smoothly! Highly recommend them!

Thanks so much for taking the time to give us the rating and review that you did, very kind remarks. We know that, in today's big box world, that customer service is the key to our business and it's great to hear when a customer states that we succeeded!! Again thanks and please let us know if we can help you again!! Ray

Everyone at Williams were outstanding. Mark helped us through choosing our flooring and carpet and he was very friendly and efficient. The 3 men who did the installation were the best. We have never seen a crew show up and work so well together, and I do mean work. They were amazing, and we could not be more pleased with their work. We sure are glad we chose Williams.

Excellent and personal customer service! I would highly recommend this company! We remodeled our master bath with tile and put new hard wood flooring in our master bedroom. Love the products and workmanship. They care about their customers!

We couldn’t be more satisfied with our new carpet & flooring. Mark was very professional & a joy to work with from selection through installation. Dennis & Jamie did a great job with the install, moving the furniture & cleaning up afterwards. Love the new look & wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Williams again.

The folks at Williams Flooring were great. They were very helpful to us in picking out the flooring we needed for our porch. They worked with us in choosing from a number of options. Once we chose our floor type they provided us with a superb installation service which did a fantastic job. The price for the project was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Williams Flooring to anyone looking to install flooring in their home or business.
