It seems the cheapest but ends up being the most expensive when you run out of tokens
It seems to be the cheapest, but it ends up being the most expensive fax service. It costs $8 but only 10 tokens and each token is a fax page and when the tokens run out you have to buy more. The service ends up being much more expensive than contracting another service that has unlimited sending without page restrictions or tokens. You get unlimited services for less than $12 a month. This service is a scam, they do not clarify the limitation of the tokens, you know it after you have purchased and you are left unable to send faxes due to lack of tokens.

Fax didn't come through.
Fax didn't come through. Tried twice. This was their response both times: The success rate of the receiving faxes depends largely on the public network quality. Even though we utilize patented network technologies with optimal connections that maximize call quality, reliability, and control, the intermittent noise on the public lines may still affect some faxes. so I switched to a fax company with less noise and better quality, that actually recieved my fax.

Trick Autopay
Beware of paying Autopay for only needing the service one time. And it didn't even work. So actually wasn't used. But was a trick to keep deducting weekly. Watch out!

Dear Janys White, In terms of pricing, WiseFax offers a pay-as-you-go model and a subscription model. The pay-as-you-go model is cost-effective for individuals and businesses with occasional faxing needs. The subscription model is a perfect solution for receiving faxes and frequent users. Our pay-as-you-go service is charged based on the usage of the service. Typically, that is once per fax. This service does not renew automatically. Instead, it has to be purchased manually each time. Our subscriptions, on the other hand, are auto-renewable, but can easily be cancelled. We offer weekly and monthly fax number subscriptions. You seem to have signed up for a weekly fax number subscription. If necessary, the subscription can easily be cancelled at WiseFax user portal (https://login.wisefax.com/). If you have any trouble canceling your subscription or have any other questions, our friendly customer support team is here to help! Also, WiseFax is a highly reliable fax service. If you need any assistance at all, please don't hesitate to let us know at [email protected]. We'll be happy to help you out. Warm regards, WiseFax Team

We could not send fax to number
We could not send fax to number yet I first had to buy credits! they cant delivery on what they advertise
Reply from WiseFaxFeb 11, 2024
Dear Dawid Barend Jacobs, We could not send your fax because the recipient did not answer our calls. Your fax tokens have been automatically credited back to your account, and you can use them to try sending the fax again. However, before proceeding, we highly recommend double-checking the fax number and the receiving schedule with the recipient. We suspect they are either using a different fax number or receiving faxes during specific office hours only. If you need more help, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected], and we will gladly assist you. Warm regards, WiseFax Team

They did not work for me
I don't believe they work. I tried sending a form to the IRS and no order was created for me meaning they did not receive the fax. They have a no refund policy so be wary if you plan to fax important documents this way. Waited a whole week to find out they did not receive anything from "WiseFax"

Dear Remmus Emit, Thank you for your feedback. WiseFax is a reliable service, and the recipient should have received your fax if it was successfully sent using WiseFax. We kindly invite you to visit https://login.wisefax.com/. There, you can quickly check the status of your fax by selecting the "Your faxes" option after signing in. If you need any assistance, including with a refund, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected], and we will be happy to help you. Warm regards, WiseFax Team
