Internet keeps going in and out…. Someone was supposed to check the tower… as far as I can tell that never happened..

Worst internet ever. Completely ridiculous, half the time we can’t even get on it. And if we do we can’t stream or watch a video.

Keep getting the run around. Our high speed is far from high speed. Tech has been out twice, 2nd time tech stated that he didn't even know why he was there because the problem is at the water tower in Troy. Same thing the 1st tech said.

Service on the west side of Neosho, Missouri. Last week had tech there to determine why service keeps going down. Was told the tower is overloaded and can't properly service home. Recommended to utilize another tower, but would have to move antennae from rooftop to middle of yard on ugly post I'd have to mow around on regular basis. If tower is overloaded, maybe best to stop loading more connections. Internet outages are nearly daily and wife works from home. Obviously not a good thing! Looking at other options to include Starlink.

Internet has been slow and not available. I have talked to others in the area and they are having the same issues. No one responds to your messages
