I’ve never really had anything go wrong with my Wisper service. I’ve had one occasion when my service was interrupted and it was fixed the next day, but other than that Wisper is a good Internet Provider.

Whisper has always responded to any issues in a timely manner.

Great help. Only wish they had 24 hour hotline not just voicemail.

Dependable. Customer service is great, always there when you need them, which is not often.

I've had Wisper Internet now for almost 5 years and am very pleased with the service. I have had basically zero issues. If the internet has been down, it has been for very little time. If there is an issue, Wisper has it resolved in a timely fashion. If they are going to be doing service on it, I receive an email stating that. Which is great communication from them. Keep up the great work Wisper!

My family live in the country and for years we’re unable to get good internet. Wisper worked with us and found a way to give us awesome service when no one else would.

Fast internet, very helpful and very polite customer service. Even though it was raining the tech that came out did a wonderful job and was willing to answer any questions

The last time my internet did not work the rep was knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem
