Sho was incredibly helpful in preparing for my upcoming interviews! I've always been nervous in those situations but Sho's structure and helpful tips were just what I needed to hear. It was also helpful learning from his management consulting background and what recruiters are looking for in star candidates. Highest recommendations for Sho as a Career Coach!

It was an amazing experience having Sho as my Career Coach! We talked through different career paths for me and he really helped me understand myself and what I want out of my career. if there's any time I need some career guidance, Sho is the first person I'd turn to. Can't recommend him enough to others.

Sho is not just a career coach to me, but also someone who I can comfortably name as a peer/ friend. I have received several private sessions with Sho when I was most frustrated and discouraged due to my job a couple of years back. His advice helped me to realize the strengths that I should uphold, and accept the changes that I shall make to help myself, which eventually it was a relief to me. I then also enrolled to his career modules group about a year later to refresh all my learnings and utilized that as an opportunity to identify my passions and what matters to me the most for life and work. Not only breaking down everything about my life/ career path thus far, his tools and teachings definitely have helped me to reach a new level of knowing what exactly I wanted next. Eventually all the gears I've learned, have helped me to find the most ideal job I could possibly ask for these days, and now I still love it a lot with a driven mindset. I can't thank enough how much the team has helped me and therefore I'd highly recommend anyone that is struggling out there, to at least try working with Sho and you'd know how great he and the team is.
