Received a wrong version first. Support team acted quick and now I am happy to have the correct manual. They also included proper instructions for installation and usage.

They actually had the manual for the vehicle I own. Other sites were difficult to navigate only to draw a blank. Checkout was simple. Communication was great. I ran into a difficulty when I went down load as my phone is old and lacked memory (much like me). Company was really helpful and quickly sent me a link that solved it and I printed manual. Great manual. Wiring section very useful. 10 stars out of 5 ! (Yes that good).

I have been working on cars now for close to 40 years and I have always admired sources of factual information that can reliably help me solve issues on the cars I work on. I mainly handle BMW cars 90% of the time but some of my clients also have other makes and models of all types of cars and when they bring them to me for any work I always like approaching the jobs professionally with full knowledge just like all good techs out there should be doing. My recent experience with a Mercedes Benz G Wagon W463 is of note. SOmeone swapped the electronically controlled fuel injection pump from my clients car and modified it to use a mechanically controlled pump but my client looked for an original pump and asked me to restore systems to original. Afetr cracking my brain for quite a while I decided to check on the workshopmanuals.com website and there the manual was looking me right in the eye. Downloading it after payment proved tricky for me but after contacting the support team I was assisted immediately and all went well and I am now using the official factory manual to restore everything on my clients car. I am also looking forward to getting some more manuals from them since they are thorough and easy to use. Very good quality manuals, with all the needed info (which is also accurate). The customer support team was very helpful with a slight problem in the software, with no extra cost and an easy, well explained fix! Would buy again !
