$3,400 lost
$3,400 lost – 6 months of broken promises, zero working websites I paid $3,400 USD for multi-store POS and ordering software licenses from WPSlash / FoodMaster. For 6 straight months (since April), core functionalities like local USB receipt printing have been broken. As a result, I haven't been able to launch or sell a single customer website, generating $0 in revenue from an investment of over three thousand dollars. The company operates on constant delays and empty commitments. Both the support team and management repeatedly promised software fixes and an agreed partial refund of $1,400. On September 28th, the owner explicitly confirmed in writing that the $1,400 refund and the critical USB printing update would be delivered "tomorrow morning." A full week later, no refund has been processed, no update was released, and communication remains a stalling tactic. All payment receipts, chat logs, and written guarantees are fully documented. I will keep this public warning active until the issues are completely resolved and full financial restitution is made. Potential buyers should be extremely cautious.
