I was unable to place my order online. Had a little difficulty finding telephone # to call. Finally found # and rep was wonderful. Pkg arrived in one week. Called to track pkg thru Wunderbrow, was told "it was delivered one hour ago", and the time. Had it delivered to another address, drove there, no package (about 1/2 hr drive). Called back Wunderbrow and that rep apologized and said pkg delivered via FedEx to our local Post Office at that time.....not to my home, and expect it to be delivered tomorrow. Aside from that....I "like" the product, don't "love" it.

Application is easy and gives the look I desired. However, it can be wiped off with your fingers and for me it didn't stay on in the shoower nor overnight.

the product worked as expected. It was delivered in a timely manner except that I ordered additional product which I have not received yet.

I debated 3-4 stars because it did not smudge at all, not in the heat, humidity or rain in Ny. That said, when ordering I was able to do it quick, but none of my questions about the product got answered. I got the dark brown, but am wondering if the black would have perhaps worked better? It dries quick but most times one has to comb and re-apply... Several times and this far I was not able to flawlessly cover a tiny bald spot. Not once. It contours the brows nicely.. But I was looking to flawlessly shape them.

It takes a little getting used to applying it, I think the brush/wand should be angled for better application, but it looks very nice and lasts longer than traditional eye brow pencil. Speed of delivery was fantastic! I've already recommended it to a friend :)

Used for the first time after seeing on TV show. Not difficult to use, just make sure to use the wand to brush after applying. I ordered the blond and the color was darker than I expected, but works fine. I have highlighted blonde hair. Does last a few days as stated. I do think this will last for awhile, so not overpriced.

I got the product nice and quick. The website was easy to use. My only reason for only 4 stars is that the product doesn't do everything as advertised. At least for me. The wunderbrow product is supposed to last for days, it lasts one. It is supposed to be waterproof but it comes of in the shower. It's still a far better product than anything else I have used but I'm disappointed that I still have to put it on every morning. It at least stays on while sweating as its been hot around here lately.
