We are deeply sorry to learn that you have had such a disappointing experience with our C2 model and that the solutions we provided failed to resolve your issue. We are truly touched by your consistent patience and the effort you made to explain the situation through videos, and we feel profound regret for not meeting your expectations. We have processed the return and refund for you. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience—it is precisely through feedback like yours that we can identify our shortcomings and strive to avoid making the same mistakes again.
