I placed my order over a day ago and have received nothing about it. I contacted them through support via website and got nothing back. I then made a ticket in there discord and it got closed with no response. I made another ticket and still have heard nothing back. I either got scammed or there support is horrible.

After reviewing this case, we found that you successfully received the order email after purchase. However, instead of replying within the same email thread, you sent separate emails, which prevented our team from properly tracking your order. Our staff informed you to continue within the original thread, however no further reply was received there. Because of this, the claim that there were “no responses” or “no updates” is misleading. Our team did respond, provided support, and our support page was also available for refund requests. bought a extremely expensive tag, worth 500$. in return receieved a email immediatly after saying " Your order is currently on hold due to a security flag raised during our review process. To proceed, we require additional verification. Please reply with screenshot(s) from your bank app, wallet app, or payment application. This can be 1 single screenshot or multiple screenshots — either is acceptable. The screenshot(s) must clearly show: • Payment made to x6rr.com • Page showing the last 4 digits of your card • Page showing your full name " do not recommend, this is a potential scam. EDIT- due to there reply, I am editing this review. I have tried to cooperate with them for over a week total, to which they ignored my reply for days on end, despite saying they take 24-48 hours. They promised instant delivery in which my order confirmed, and instead of receiving my product I instead had them ask for sensitive bank details. When I said I wouldn't send that and only the necessary things, they became agressive and threatened that if I did dispute the bank wouldn't be in my favor. Do not do business with these people, also they already tried to report this review but Trustpilot kept it up as it is all 100% real.

Hello, We investigated this case and would like to clarify several inaccurate claims made in this review. The order amount was approximately $425, not $500 as stated. Due to the high value and rarity of the gamertag purchased, both our internal security system and our payment processor, Shopify Payments, automatically placed the transaction on hold for additional verification as part of standard fraud prevention procedures. The information requested was not sensitive banking information and cannot be used to access, charge, or misuse any account. The requested screenshots were simply to verify ownership of the payment method, which is a standard process used by payment processors and major online companies daily for flagged transactions. The transaction was later charged back under a fraud-related reason code, indicating the payment method owner reported the transaction as unauthorized. This further confirmed the concerns raised during the review process. ━━━ Added After Your Edit ━━━ As stated previously, delivery on our website is normally instant. However, “instant delivery” does not mean transactions bypass fraud prevention or security verification procedures, especially when an order is flagged as potentially unauthorized or high-risk. You refused to provide proof of ownership and communication delays extended the process significantly further. Additionally, at no point did our team “threaten” you. We simply explained how the chargeback investigation process works, including the fact that banks issue temporary credits first before reviewing merchant evidence, communication history, verification requests, and fraud indicators. You also claimed we requested “sensitive bank details,” which is false. The requested verification information cannot be used for purchases, withdrawals, or account access in any way and is commonly requested by payment processors and online companies for ownership verification purposes. Additionally, the chargeback was filed under a fraud-related reason code, meaning the payment method owner reported the transaction as unauthorized. Without proper verification, this created a serious fraud risk where a rare gamertag could have been delivered using a payment method not belonging to the purchaser. Users associated with this type of activity are not welcome on the X6RR platform. The review remaining public does not validate the claims being made. Trustpilot’s automated moderation systems do not always immediately detect misleading or fraudulent reviews. Also i received an email from Trust Pilot to rate my transaction so i assure you its a legit review from my experience and another friend aswell. Stop replying i dont care to keep this going. I bought a 3 letter rare gamertag from this place and never received it. They said that they respond within 24 hours and never do respond glad I wasted 260 dollars on something I never got. Company is a joke and a scam wouldn't buy anything from them unless it followers.
