I was very surprised, and actually caught off-guard, at how fast James and his team respond. I found when we first started, I was the pacing item because I could not create content fast enough to keep up with them. However once we all got on-board with the pace, things moved along well. We're now starting in a second phase, adding an e-commerce capability. I asked James and his team to lead that effort again. Very Pleased, thanks James and to his team!
