I pay one your fee to fix my company listing, I found out after 7 months the listing are not fixed yet

I will be watching my stats for the beneifits that Yext says I may get. So, even though all the people were so easy to work with and so personable, I want to see results. So, we must trudge on and watch! ——————————————— 2019. Lets play catch up. Yext did very very little for the money. So, I dropped them and downgraded my rating. I have not used them for about 2 years now. Thought people could use this.

I like the part where you can manage, but when they call you they make it sound like no matter what the customer enters ( as in key words) it don't happen like that. It's not what it's cracked up to be in my opionion.

I never got the email that allowed me to edit my listings, maybe lost in my email but the use of [email protected] should be used as the email I gave [email protected] is having problems. I did receive a call from my new manager but never got the email confirmation to respond or work with him. No fault just need to follow up since this is over month or more
