Absolutely horrible. I ordered a replacement pool wall 14 days ago. I emailed customer service twice and have not heard anything back. I’ve called twice and keep being told that it’s going to ship any day now. I finally called and asked for a refund. The lady told me that it would take 24 to 48 hours for a refund. I better get it.

I ordered this product and received it earlier than was expected. The order came in separate and I thought they left part of it off. I received the other part the next day. Thanks Courtney for your help!!
