Hi Rita, We do not seem to have any orders in your name. We also reached out you through Trustpilot to request information but have not received any information within the deadline. This leads us to believe this is a fake review from a competitor. Lava is our best seller with the least amount of complaints. Zenduce is known for excellent customer service. Regarding the material, PVC does not break, whereas glass is more fragile. If your client experienced breakage, this indicates that the material is indeed glass. Hi Lynn, Thanks for your feedback. Our records indicate all products in your order were customised to suit your preferences. Upon receipt, you reported damage for the marble chandelier for which we offered complete replacements. You changed your mind and requested a refund, which was issued without you having to return the chandelier. For other products that came in normal condition, we already made an exemption (despite the order being customised) and issued full refund for the entire order. Our return policy is industry standard and requires customers to send the items back to us. We operate with the most ethical standard as evident from most other reviews.
